Kate's unique perspective on life and career

springs from a fundamental belief that our

livelihoods need to fit who we are, our

strengths and interests, and our values.

The standard for that is whether waking up on a

weekday lights us up as much as waking up on weekend.

Liz is an OB/GYN that loves to help women maximize opportunities for well-being

from the teen to golden years. She graduated from Yale, did her Residency at the Mayo Clinic and is on the Board of the Yale Alumni Service Corps.

Mandy designed 100+ employer well-being programs, led a CDC grant focused on health and prevention, is a Leadership Fellow for the National School-Based Health Alliance, and will be serving as the Director of the Well Balanced Center.

Lorna is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas and will be advising on tracking member success. She was the Project Director of STEP UP Texas: Improving Juvenile Justice Outcomes through Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices Training – a project funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice.
